Shirley Toliver
Shirley's Personal Statement:
Shirley is an Area Human Resources Representative for UPS. Shirley has over 10 years experience in progressive Human Resource Management. She is responsible for Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Learning, Development and Community Relations in her current position. Shirley earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and earned her PHR certification in 2004. Shirley is active in her community in several ways; she is a board member for the Florida High School for College and Career Success Broward County Campus, Human Resources of Broward County, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources South Florida Chapter and Shirley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management Association (SHRM). Shirley is a native Floridian and resides in South Florida with her husband and two children.
